Not necessarily cooling...but certainly breathable and SOFT.

I can't say I experienced the promised cooling effect, but this is easily the most breathable blanket I've ever encountered. In triple digit Florida heats (and someone who night sweats), it makes it beyond welcome. This blanket's superpower comes from it's nylon and microfiber composition, with the bottom of the blanket the latter material. Air freely flows between the microfiber and out, meaning body temperature isn't trapped (as so common for cotton based or down variety blankets). At this price, a stellar offering. Will definitely explore a bigger option (as I'm quite tall).

Smooth, soothing and snuggly - our new family fave

AEPINBH Cooling Blanket 60" x 80" --Cooling or not cooling, this is a wonderful well made blanket. I was immediately impressed with the quality of the fabric and the construction. I can tell already it's destined to become a household favorite, I may have to order more. Jury is out amongst the family on how well it cools - some notice an effect, some don't - but everyone likes the blanket anyway. It has a super smooth feel, no roughness or scratchiness whatsoever, and is perfect for snuggling. The soft gray color has a soothing vibe. Price when I ordered was $32.99, it has since come down a bit. I recommend this product and rate it 5 stars.

It might work for you

This pillow is advertised as being for back and side sleepers. For me at least, those positions require different height pillows. This one works well for me on my back, but is a bit too thin for on my side. We have a Leesa mattress which allows my shoulder to sink in a fair amount on my side, but I'd still prefer a bit more height. But I am on my back 95% of the time when sleeping, and really only only on my side when I'm on my phone in bed.Out of the package this did have a moderate amount of new foam smell, but it dissipated within 24 hours.

Comfortable and cooling

I was hesitant to get this pillow because I am very picky when it comes to my pillows, however I was completely shocked by how great this pillow is. It has a cooling comfort which helps keep you cool at night, something I highly enjoy as I get hot during the night. The material is very soft and molds comfortably around your head. It is very soft in material and the size is about a queen size pillow. I’ll definitely be purchasing another pillow for my husband.

Pillow supports my head and neck well when I'm on my back or side

The pillow is comfortable. It is a few inches thick so it's taking some nights of lost sleep to get comfortable sleeping with it. It's fairly firm as well and it does a good job of supporting my head and neck. I sleep on my back, side, and stomach. It's 5 star when I'm sleeping on my back, 5 star when I'm sleeping on my side. I can feel that it does a great job of aligning my spine properly when I am sleeping on my side. However, it's 1 star when I flip over and sleep on my stomach; it's too hard at the corners for sleeping on the stomach. I didn't take a star off for that because its advertised for side and neck sleepers. I only removed 1 star due to the fact that they advertised no more flipping and tossing, but I seem to be flipping and tossing a lot over the few nights I've had it so far.

The perfect pillow.

This has to be the best and most comfortable pillow I have used. It has the perfect shape. I always sleep on my side, so it seems to cradle my head perfctly and provide the right support needed for a great nights sleep. The cooling memory foam is so soft and it does keep me feeling cooler at night. It is about 25" x 16" and 4" thick. I would recommedn this pillow to anyone.

Overall Helps with Neck

So I have an impingement in my neck where it is so easy to wake up in pain (real pain in the neck here) if I sleep just slightly in the wrong position. I generally like thinner pillows since the big fluffy ones put my neck in bad positions. I've tried solid foam pillows before, but I don't think they were specifically designed for cervical comfort (and therefore where generally too hard). What I had been using just before this is also a foam type pillow, but it was foam pieces (random sized little blocks) where I basically took some 80% of it out to achieve the thickness that is comfortable. This helps, but doesn't fully provide support where I need it.So...fluffy pillows were bad, solid foam is normally too hard and foam pieces is better, but then doesn't provide full support. Being picky about my pillows I decided to try this one solely on it saying 'cervical'. I'm really glad I did. The thickness is (I think) just right to give me a good position. And the material is sort of soft, but sort of dense. This allows my head to sink in for comfort, but still be well supported for posture.Smell...I think all foam pillows have a smell to them. This one wasn't overwhelming, but you should give it a day or so to 'air out' before covering it with a pillow case. I think what helps is this didn't come in a vacuum packed/sealed bag where it gets super compressed and the factory smell is fresh as can be (that's not a good thing mind you). That also meant it didn't need to 'inflate' for a time before being used. Anyway, my wife is normally pretty sensitive to smells and she didn't complain about it (so that's a win).Fit...the squareness of this pillow seems to cause my pillow case to badly rotate around it every night. So every morning I need to straighten it out. I'm thinking it's from the shape, but it could be the texture. Rarely my other pillows do this, but this one seems to be every night. Sort of annoying, but minor if it helps my neck out.Quality...this comes with a cover that is not removable. This means if you get it gross and dirty, it's over. Do yourself a favor and double cover it if you want it to last. Seems were ok with what almost looks like a mistake on mine (I took a picture of it). Knowing it's going to be covered I'm not really critical on that as long as the seems appear durable (which they do). Because it is sealed I cannot tell you anything about the actual foam inside of it.Overall this definitely helps with my neck. I've been able to wake up with my neck feeling ok, which is actually good for me. About my only big complaint I feel is the price. Normally for foam pillows $35 for would be a more appropriate price (this is a smaller sized one too). But what do I know...it's possible that the type of foam being used (which is definitely different than any of the other foam pillows I've had before) is a higher quality, higher priced material in which case $45 is well worth it. But, just my personal opinion, at $35 I would've given this 5 stars all around even with the minor issues. Regardless, for how it helps my neck and my sleep...I think I'd still pay the $45 for it in the end.

Amazing pillow!

I’m a side sleeper with both chronic insomnia and chronic neck pain. I’ve always struggled to find pillows that work for me. I guess I’ve assumed that soft and puffy equals comfort so I’ve been using big, fluffy, shredded memory foam pillows for the last few years. When this pillow arrived and I saw how thin and relatively firm it was I was skeptical, but I’ve been using it for about five nights now and I actually can’t believe how much I like it! It feels like it keeps my head and neck in perfect alignment by slotting right into the space between my shoulder/head/bed. I’m really extremely pleased with this pillow!

stays cool all night

This 3.9-inch cervical pillow is a solid choice for neck pain relief. The cooling memory foam really does stay cool throughout the night, and it rebounds nicely to maintain its shape. While I personally wish it was just a bit firmer, it’s perfect if you prefer a softer, supportive feel. Overall, it’s a well-designed, comfortable pillow that delivers on both cooling and ergonomic support.

GREAT PILLOW

This is seriously one of the best pillows I have ever owned and I have a $200 purple harmony pillow. I originally got this for the queen bed in my Airbnb but my 3 year old loved it so much that I let him bring it home. It is the perfect height for a child or adults who just don't like overly fluffy pillows. Even though it's on the slimmer side it literally sleeps like a dream, the memory foam contours your head perfectly and if I didn't already have a crazy expensive pillow I would be buying one of these for myself. My dad slept on it when he was a guest at my Airbnb as well and now I know what I'm getting him for his birthday, that's how awesome this pillow is

Better for side sleep, not as much for back

The foam quality on this pillow is pretty decent. A little more on the firm side, but does compress and decompress as advertised. As title states, the design is fantastic for side sleeping due to the firmness and pillow height, but less for back sleeping. You'll probably be ok if you have a long neck though. Pillow is nice and large, and out of the box and vacuum seal does not have much smell. It's really hard to find the perfect pillow these days, but this one does alright for the side sleepers.

Ultra Cooling 3.9″ Memory Foam Cervical Pillow – Ergonomic Neck Pain Relief for Side & Back Sleepers

I recently switched to the AEPINBH 3.9″ cervical pillow and I’m amazed at the instant relief I feel each morning. The high-density memory foam is firm yet contours beautifully for both side and back sleepers, perfectly aligning my spine and easing pressure points. The cooling gel-infused foam keeps my head temperature regulated, while the breathable, removable cover wicks moisture and is machine-washable. At exactly 3.9 inches, the loft suits my shoulder width, and the pillow retains its shape night after night. Packaged neatly in a reusable compression bag, setup was effortless. If you’ve been battling neck pain or stiffness, this ergonomic support pillow is a total game-changer—five stars all the way!

Cooling neck pillow

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I picked this item as I was looking for a pillow to help stabilize my neck when I sleep and to also provide comfort through my hot nights. This pillow is one of the best cooling pillows I’ve tried, hands down. I normally like a stiffer pillow but this memory foam pillow cradles my head perfectly. It retains the shape of my head and neck, so I don’t toss as much and it’s improved my sleep quality. I would recommend airing this out for 24 hours as the scent can linger on the side facing the mattress if not properly aired out. Overall, this pillow does all of what the item description claims and is a really good choice for head and neck stability, coolness and comfort.

Soft and Firm Pillow

This cervical pillow offers a good balance of softness and firm support, making it decent for side and back sleepers. The cooling memory foam feels good-quality and helps with neck alignment and pain relief. While I found it comfortable overall, the 3.9-inch height was slightly too tall and firm for my personal preference. It may not suit those who prefer a lower-profile pillow, but for anyone needing solid support and gentle contouring, it’s a well-made option worth considering and a decent value.

Love it.Smooth side does remain a sense of cool temp to touch.Slightly texture side gives a comfort hint of warmth.Blanket is a nice slightly larger size than most throw blankets I have. Appreciated being 6' 1" and covers nicely.Edges look like they should last nicely and stitched well.

Perfect Cooling Blanket for Hot Sleepers and Summer Nights

As someone who tends to sleep warm, especially during the summer months, I was excited to try this cooling blanket, and it has exceeded my expectations. The first thing I noticed was how cool the fabric felt immediately upon touching it. Unlike regular blankets that can trap heat, this one feels refreshing and comfortable right from the start. The 60” x 80” size provides excellent coverage whether I’m using it on the couch while watching TV or on my bed at night. Despite being lightweight, it doesn’t feel flimsy. The material is soft against the skin and drapes nicely without feeling heavy or restrictive. What impressed me most is the breathability. I often wake up feeling overheated or sweaty with traditional blankets, but this cooling blanket helped regulate my temperature throughout the night. While it doesn’t make you cold, it helps prevent that uncomfortable heat buildup that can disrupt sleep. On warmer nights, it has become my go-to blanket. The included drawstring storage bag is a nice bonus. It makes the blanket easy to store, pack for travel, or bring along on road trips. The blanket folds compactly and doesn’t take up much space. After washing, the blanket maintained its softness and cooling feel with no noticeable shrinkage or damage. The stitching appears well-made, and the overall construction feels durable enough for regular use.Overall, this is an excellent choice for hot sleepers, people who experience night sweats, or anyone looking for a lightweight summer blanket. It provides a comfortable cooling sensation, breathes well, and is easy to care for. I’m very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a cooler and more comfortable night’s sleep.Pros:✔ Noticeably cool-to-the-touch fabric✔ Lightweight and breathable✔ Great for hot sleepers and summer use✔ Generous 60” x 80” size✔ Soft and comfortable material✔ Includes convenient drawstring storage bag✔ Easy to wash and maintainCons:✔ Cooling effect is most noticeable when first touching the blanket✔ May be too lightweight for those who prefer heavier blanketsOverall Rating: 5/5 Stars – A comfortable, breathable cooling blanket that helps reduce overheating and makes warm nights much more comfortable.

Actually feels cooler, but no instructions on which side is which

I'm skeptical of any blanket claiming to cool you down, but after a couple of days I can say this one genuinely does feel cooler on one side. That alone sets it apart from a lot of products making the same claim. The blanket has two distinct sides: one is 100% nylon and the other is 100% polyester. My best guess is that the nylon side is the cooling side, as it also feels marginally softer. The problem is there are no instructions indicating which side is actually meant to be the cool side, so I had to figure it out myself. That's a simple omission the manufacturer should fix.My son loves it, and for a kid who runs warm at night, that says a lot.

This pillow has made it possible to sleep good!!

I have pain in my neck due to an accident. I have tried many different pillows to support my neck at night. This is the first one that supports my neck without bending my head upwards. I would recommend this pillow to anyone that has problems similar to mine.

Good for me for side sleeping, not for back sleeping

I have slept on this pillow for 5 days now, and it worked pretty well for me for side sleeping. It was less practical for back sleeping however as it was too thick for my neck and did not compress well for that purpose. When I brought the pillow up to the mountains (5400 feet) the pillow firmness did not change. (I have heard that can be a problem with some memory foam pillows) I would give this item a 4 only because its not very good neck support for back sleeping.

Both softer and firmer than expected

I'm a back sleeper, and I'm always looking for a better pillow for neck and head support - something firm enough to provide neck support, but soft enough that it won't force my head to bend forward as I'm sleeping. This is a really solid pillow for that. Unlike some cervical pillows, this one is about the same height and width as a standard queen-sized pillow (I've used cervical pillows that are about 2/3 the width of a standard pillow). It felt almost too soft at first use, but as I used it, I realized it compresses enough to provide the firmness and support I needed while still remaining soft elsewhere. Comfortable and supportive, a really good pillow overall.

Healthy and comfortable choice

I decided to try this cervical pillow for my neck pain and I felt relief from the first night, it's very comfortable and one more thing that I really like that it cools, I don't like feeling hot when I sleep and this pillow helps keep me cool all night, it's very firm but also soft, surprisingly light, yet thick. I recommend it 100%.

excellent support

Cervical Pillow for Neck Pain Relief, and it's been a game changer for my sleep. The 3.9 inch cooling memory foam pillow provides excellent support and pressure relief for my neck, and the ergonomic design cradles my head and neck in just the right way. As a side sleeper, I was impressed with how well the pillow adapted to my sleeping position, keeping my spine aligned and reducing strain on my neck.I give it a 5 star rating. The AEPINBH cervical pillow is made with high quality memory foam that retains its shape and provides consistent support
