Shipping Policy

All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse located in the United States.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or US federal holidays are processed on the next working business day. A tracking number is sent to your registered email once your package is dispatched.

Delivery Timeframe
Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days after shipment within the contiguous United States. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, inventory availability, or other logistical factors.

Shipping Rates
- Free standard shipping on orders over $39.
- Flat-rate standard shipping: $6.99 per order for orders of $39 or less.
- Expedited shipping: $12.99 per order, estimated 2–3 business days after shipment.
- Overnight shipping: $24.99 per order, estimated 1 business day after shipment.

Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to the contiguous 48 United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or military APO/FPO addresses.

Address & Package Issues
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses. Additional delivery fees caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses are the buyer’s responsibility. If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact us within 48 hours of the marked delivery date.

Return Information
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in their original resalable condition.
- We provide free return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items shipped due to our error.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees for non-defective or voluntary returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
