All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse located in the United States.
### Order Processing Time
Orders will be processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or US federal holidays will be processed on the next working business day. A tracking number will be automatically sent to your registered email once your package is dispatched.
### Delivery Timeframe
Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days after shipment for all contiguous US states.
Delivery times are estimated and subject to carrier delays, weather disruptions, inventory backlogs, or other uncontrollable logistical factors. We do not offer compensation, refunds, or reshipments for late deliveries caused by third-party shipping carriers.
### Shipping Rates
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $49.99
- Flat rate standard shipping: $5.99 per order for orders below $49.99
- Expedited shipping: $12.99 per order (estimated 2–3 business days delivery)
- Overnight shipping: $24.99 per order (estimated 1 business day delivery)
### Shipping Coverage
1. We ship to the contiguous 48 United States only.
2. Additional surcharges apply to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico due to remote logistics costs.
3. Military APO/FPO addresses are not supported at this time.
### Address & Package Issues
1. Customers are fully responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. Secondary delivery fees caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses will be borne by the buyer.
2. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact us within 48 hours of the marked delivery date for verification support.
### Return Information
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original resalable condition.
- Free return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items shipped by our fault.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees for non-defective, voluntary returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
