AEPINBH Cooling Cervical Pillow, 3.9-Inch Single-Height Memory Foam

This is the second time Ive purchased an ergonomic pillow. This one is by far the best I've experienced. Is man of memory foam and it takes it about a day to fully reform from its Packaging. It is quite firm but not overly so. The shape definitely cradles your neck well and forces you into a position that is conducive to your neck health and good sleep positioning. It also comes in a protective cover that's easily removable by a zipper for cleaning. If you have neck issues and have been struggling to find a good pillow, this might be the one.

Formerly sleeping on an overrated "MyPillow" choice, sometimes supplemented by a travel neck pillow, getting back to sleep after waking wasn’t easy. So I hoped that this cervical, ergonomic support pillow would offer comfort and a better continuous sleeping experience.With a smaller head and frame, I tried the 4” side first. However my head kept feeling the button in the center, a distraction. Sleeping on the wider, 5’5” side brought a nice improvement; more cushioning, comfort — and seemingly more restful sleep.Also, in the past, with usually my left arm dangling off the side of our queen-sized bed, I’d wake up with a sore shoulder. Now that there’s a place to support that arm — or the other one, that discomfort has lessened.When removing the outer cover to wash it, it’s a good idea to hold onto the pillow covering so the zipper pull doesn’t snag the material. Recommended!

Once you get this pillow the instructions tell you to allow 48 hours after unwrapping before use. It is a memory foam pillow that is encased in tight plastic compression wrap in the box. Once I took it out I allowed the pillow to sit and took the opportunity to wash it's "pillow case." There is one zipper on the back that opens the pillow the full width for easy removal/reinstalling the pillow case. The shape of the pillow is something I haven't seen and there are a couple ways to use the pillow depending if you are a side or back sleeper. As I use a CPAP at night, I am a diehard side sleeper. The pillow has great support for your neck to help align your spine and a slightly depressed area for your head. There are two "wings" - one on each side located where my arm flops down when I'm on my side. This allows your arm to be held in a more comfortable position.Four stars instead of five - I had to go back to the Amazon page to figure out which way to position the pillow for side sleeping as there were no instructions in the box other than telling you what you need to do once opening the box. That and the fact that I've been using a standard pillow my whole life (60+ years) and it is a little awkward trying to get used to it. I also wish there was a 100% cotton pillow case I could use because I just can't get comfortable enough using the polyester case it come's with.Maybe someone else isn't as picky as I am and would give it a full 5-star rating. It's just something different to adjust to and at my age it doesn't come that easy anymore. But it's support is perfect!

I have gone through several pillows in my life trying to alleviate neck issues while sleeping. This pillow does it! There is a high side and a lower side. I started out the first few nights sleeping on the higher side. I woke up one morning with a sore neck but I believe I wasn't fully on the pillow to be supported. The next night I rotated the pillow to sleep on the lower side and my neck was fine the next morning. It has just the right amount of firmness and give. You sink in just enough and then the support kicks in. I couldn't immediately understand what the button was for in the middle of the pillow, until I unzipped the cover and realized it's a snap to connect the front of the cover to the back and create more of an indention. I slept several nights with it both snapped and unsnapped. I personally prefer it unsnapped, but you have options. The cover is removable and washable. I do still have a pillowcase over it as well.

After using this pillow for about a week, I'm hooked! I've been using a simple contour memory foam pillow for years, but I still have problems with snoring and waking up with stiffness in my neck and shoulders. Since using this, I have been told that my snoring is significantly reduced and I feel refreshed when I wake up. I also have not felt any stiffness in my shoulders!The pillow came in a vacuum-packed roll. When I opened the plastic bag, I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't notice any strong chemical odor. I could smell foam when I stuck my nose into the pillow, but even that faded fairly quickly. The pillow expanded quickly once opened and has held its shape nicely. I was a little concerned about the plastic snap in the middle, but since using it, I have not even noticed it is there. I put the pillow in a standard pillow case and it works great!

Vine Review: Memory Foam, so there was some off-gassing, but my husband put it thru the dryer on low heat and that helped a lot. Pillow seems well made, and the central contouring works well. The thickness and firmness where both good. I wanted to love this pillow, but the fancy sculpting didn't do anything for me. It's comfortable enough. Just couldn't find my sweet spot. My heavily pregnant greatgrandbaby-momma fell in love with it and it followed her home.

Arrived quick and well packaged. I didn't notice a smell upon opening. So far I've only slept on it one night. I'm a side sleeper 100% so I thought this would be perfect. While it was comfortable, I preferred my regular firm pillow I always sleep with. After one night with this I woke up sore. I can't say that it's not possible it could be because this actually aligned me like I was supposed to be and where I'm not used to that it caused a little soreness. It's possible if I kept using it that the soreness would go away but I've not braved it enough to try it again yet . It really was comfortable though and the fabric is ultra nice.

I’ve been using this cervical pillow for a week now to replace my regular memory foam pillow. Overall, I like it and plan to keep using it. The memory foam is soft and supportive, and the shape of the pillow does a good job supporting my neck, especially when I’m reading before bed.The design lets you flip it around to adjust the width of the headrest area, which is a nice touch. It’s not a super thick pillow, but it’s enough, and the space for your head is surprisingly comfortable. It really does seem to help with neck and back pain from sleeping.The side arm slots are a bit of a miss for me. I tried them, but the position just isn’t comfortable, so I don’t use that part at all. That’s the main reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars.It’s well made and feels like a good value for the price. If you’re dealing with neck or shoulder pain, it’s definitely worth trying.

I've been sleeping on this for two weeks, now. I really doubted that I'd sleep well on it when I first took it out of the package. I usually use very firm pillows, and this was somewhere between a medium to soft in most parts. I was wrong. I've been sleeping GREAT on this. The little pocket for my head is comfortable whether I'm on my side or back. When on my side, it's much more comfortable than my old firm Tempur-Pedic pillows. I'm really impressed with this.

No more waking up with a numb arm or sore neck. This pillow has made a huge difference. I love the little arm support cutout. I used to wake up with my shoulder and arm asleep, but not anymore.I’ve also noticed fewer headaches in the morning and I’m finally sleeping all the way through the night. The dual height is great. I started with the lower side and it feels just right for me. It took shape in under a minute after unpacking and was ready to go.The foam feels supportive but still soft and the removable cover is a nice bonus. Packaged well and worth every penny if you're struggling with neck or shoulder pain.

I was having a hard time sleeping and I got this pillow hoping that it would help. I've been using it for a month now and I love it. It's so comfortable and I find I'm not tossing and turning as much as I used to. I can only attribute that change to using this pillow. The pillow easily fits in my everyday pillowcases. My neck and shoulders feel so much better as well. I would recommend trying it. I do use a CPAP machine and it works well with that - no problems.

I have a plate and screws in my neck from C4-C7. So far this is 1 of 18 different pillows I have bought over the last 5 years. I sleep on my side and it is wonderful. Soft, keeps my head stable. I only wish you could order a extra pillow covering for it. Yes, I would buy it again.

For me, this is fairly good, but I wish it was firmer. I'm a pretty big guy, so my head presses it down a little more than ideal.

Love my pillow. It is so comfortable that I'm going to buy another just for a backup. I have a hard time finding just the right pillow and this it it!

Freakin amazing!! I have a lot of back problems and neck issues and I’m not going to lie this was worth the money I got one for me and another for my husband it’s super comfortable very soft easy to wash it keeps the shape and it’s durable my pain has gone away and I can sleep comfortably at night and my husband STOPED SNORING!!! Which is a plus for me it keeps your head where it should be!!! Highly recommend!! A little small then the picture but it’s great regardless!

My husband has been sleeping on this pillow for several months, and it has helped with neck stiffness. Even though it's oddly shaped, it is the same size as a regular pillow and will fit a standard pillowcase.

Really good support for my neck while sleeping. Soft enough to form to the shape of my head and most nights I don’t even move when using this pillow. Quality is good as I have used it for months and it still looks new. Does not hold heat and remains comfortable all night.

This must be a really great pillow…I honestly wouldn’t know because my 11 yr old daughter stole it before I could try it. lol According to her it’s the best pillow she’s ever had. She said that it is perfect for her because she sleeps “crazy” and with this pillow, her position doesn’t matter because it is still comfortable. We did not notice any smells or anything to give us a bad opinion from the start, it just seems to be a really great pillow for those that change position a lot.

This is the best pillow I have ever slept on.Highly recommended especially if you snore.
