Submit Application
Log in to your AEPINBH account, submit a return/exchange via "My Orders" with order number, reason, and product/package photos. You may also email our US customer service.
Audit Confirmation
US customer service will review your application within 48 hours and send results to your registered email.

Return the Goods
If approved, use the provided US return address and label. Send back the item with all accessories within 7 days.
Inspection & Refund/Exchange
We will inspect the return within 3 business days.
- Approved: full refund (original shipping excluded for non-quality issues) to your original account (3–5 business days) or exchange for the same item.

AEPINBH electric blankets include a 2‑year free warranty in the US (from delivery date).Non‑human quality issues verified by inspection qualify for free repair, parts replacement, or unit replacement.
